摘要:随着教师体罚学生的事件在媒体中多次曝光后,教师体罚行为的研究已逐渐成为许多研究者所关注的热点课题。体罚是教师用粗暴的方式对待学生的身体,强迫学生服从的教育手段。然而,教师体罚行为不仅对学生的身心健康,而且对其人格的发展有着负面影响,它是与素质教育相悖的。本文以访谈法,通过对上海市若干中小学教师和学生进行调查发现,教师对学生进行身体上的体罚不多,但是对其进行精神和行为上的惩罚是比较常见的。结合访谈,本文进一步分析了教师体罚学生的原因以及该行为对学生所造成的心理危害。基于此,本论文提出预防和矫治教师体罚行为的几点对策:一是改变社会大众对教师的看法;二是加大对教师的管理制度;三是注重教师心理素质的健全;四是提高教师自身素质;五是引进专业的学校社会工作者。6690

The research of students’ psychological harm from teachers’ corporal punishment and its countermeasure
Abstract: With the events about corporal punishment by teachers repeated exposure in the media, the researches of corporal punishment by teachers have gradually become the focus of attention of many researchers topic. Corporal punishment is a brutal way by teachers to treat their students’ bodies and force their students to obey the means of education. However, teachers corporal punishment not only for students of physical and mental health, but also has its negative impact on the development of personality, which is contrary to the quality education. In this paper, through a number of primary and secondary school teachers and students in Shanghai by interview, I find that teachers of students’ physical punishment is not much, but its mental and behavioral punishment is relatively common. Combined with interviews, I further analyze the reasons for corporal punishment by teachers and these behavior on student caused psychological harm. Based on this, I propose some countermeasures about the prevention and correction of corporal punishment by teachers: First, to change the public perception of teachers; Second, the education sector, school management levels must strengthen management; Third, focus on teachers' psychological counseling; Fourth, improve teachers' quality; Fifth, the professional school social worker should be introduced.
