Title Rural communities pension demands and study on the intervention of social work in the context of the integration of urban and rural
Abstract
Our country has been entering the aging, with the elderly population have increased, both to the development of China’s all aspects of social life. Among this, the peasants group is China's largest population group. This paper studies the demands of rural residents' old-age security in rural areas under the background of urban and rural integration, and draws the following conclusions: First, the rural residents have high degree of recognition for the rural old-age security, but they hope to improve the level of security and narrow the gap; Second, the rural elderly tend to self pension and family pension; Third, they want to understand the relevant policies about the old-age security; Fourth, they also hope to be provided some entertainment activities.Based on this, the author puts forward the optimization strategy of rural residents' old age security, including the establishment of rural old-age security related policies and regulations, increasing government financial allocations to the rural old-age security, providing the rural community old-age social service work and the development of the local economy to enhance the level of rural residents in old-age security.

1 引言
1．1 研究背景
随着城乡间人口流动的加快以及我国老龄化趋势的加剧，社会大众对城乡一体化的诉求越来越强烈，城乡一体化发展也确实是我国社会整体发展的重要一环。于是，我国在经济发展过程中产生的城乡二元结构，成为了我国城乡一体化发展的重要障碍。再者，因为过去“二元化”的发展模式，农村的经济发展严重落后于城市，农村老人与城市老人相比也没有固定的退休工资。因此，农村的养老保险问题的解决与城市养老问题相比，就显得更加迫在眉睫。
