The Social Adaptation of the New Generation of Migrant Workers Entering the Workplace——Case Studies Based on the S Factory Workers
Abstract: The new generation of migrant workers has gradually become the main force of migrant workers, their social adaptation is not only related to the inpidual's transition,but also is related to the development of society. With the change of their living environment and the improvement of cultural level, the social adjustment also makes a big difference with the older generation of migrant workers.This paper studies the social adjustment of the new generation of migrant workers in the early career, using semi-structured interviewing method,Found this part of the group has the strong ability to adapt in the life, can well adapt to the changes in the environment, but with economic conditions not to pursue a higher level of life, social interaction way also appear too single;Being able to work quickly at work, but still in a reactive position for the future; And in psychological adjustment they are able to regulate themselves in the face of stress, and they have a clear understanding of their identity.

新生代农民工初入职场的社会适应基于句容蜀镇S工厂工人的个案研究
随着我国城镇化进程的不断加快，自20世纪80年代以来，出现了农村劳动人口向城市转移的浪潮。当前，农民工的数量约有1.5亿人，且仍在迅速增长，而新生代农民工已经占到农民工总数的60%，约1亿人，他们已成为农民工群体的主体力量，与上一代农民工相比，新生代农民工受教育水平较高，渴望融入城市。作为城镇化进程中新生力量的他们，广泛分布在国民经济的各个行业，在这个大背景下，对于那些工作尚不稳定的即处于过渡阶段的新生代农民工而言，他们的社会适应不仅关系到个体的过渡也关系到社会的发展。

新生代农民工作为城市建设和社会发展的主力军，他们的生存发展问题值得我们关注，社会适应正是其中重要的一环，他们由农村来到城市后，巨大的生活差异使他们逐渐不能适应农村的生活方式，城市文化的熏陶使他们逐渐失去对家乡的文化认同，在社会适应的过程中出现了许多问题。
