摘要:定向耦合器具有结构简单、尺寸小、制造方便等优点,因此得到了较为广泛的应用。本文在对常用的1/4平行线耦合器研究的基础上,研究多节平行耦合线结构。主要工作如下:
采用了多节对称耦合线结构来实现宽频带的定向耦合,使用全波电磁仿真软件HFSS建立模型并进行仿真,通过对多节对称定向耦合器的各种变量的优化,成功设计出工作于X波段的超宽带定向耦合器,其相对带宽达50%。在工作频段范围内,耦合器的直通端口与耦合端口的能量近乎均等,耦合度在-2.8与-3.5dB之间,隔离度在-13dB与-15.6dB之间,完全达到工程实用性的要求。

Title The design and optimization of a directional coupler with a wide bandwidth.
Abstract: The directional coupler has the advantages of simple structure, small size, easy manufacture and so on, so it has been widely used. On the basis of the commonly used 1/4 parallel line coupler, this paper studies the multi-section parallel coupling line structure. The main work is as follows:
The multi-section symmetrical coupling line structure is used to realize the directional coupler with the wide bandwidth, and the model is established and simulated by the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS.The variables of the multi-section symmetric directional coupler are optimized.Finally a directional coupler with a wide bandwidth in the X-band whose relative bandwidth is 50% is successfully designed.Besides,the output power of the coupling port and that of the pass through port are almost equal in the working frequency range .The coupling degree is varied in the range of -2.8dB and -3.5dB and the isolation degree is varied in the range of -13dB and -15.6dB ,which fully meets the requirements of engineering practicability.
