摘要：全面预算作为当代企业运营活动中必不可缺的手段之一，对企业的发展有着非同寻常的帮助，有助于企业运行效率的增强、有利于企业资源的优化配置、有益于企业业务流程的规范进行等。本文研究了全面预算的起源、内涵、重要性等，同时为了更好的帮助企业进行全面预算，本文以雷曼光电为例，分析制造型企业在当下存在的一系列亟待解决的问题，并针对问题提出具有可行性的办法，以便企业能够更加合理、有效的使用全面预算。
