摘要:为了满足S195型柴油机气缸盖年生产量60000件的需要,现设计一多工位组合机床,来完成气缸盖导管孔Ф17H7以及进排气座圈孔Ф46H8、Ф40H8的加工。按照以下几个步骤渐次展开本次设计:首先通过分析待加工件的特征,初定以上各个孔的加工工艺(钻、扩、铰和镗、铰);其次是考虑精度以及粗糙度要求,选定切削用量;而后绘制组合机床三图一卡,通过查阅相关手册确定导向类型、选定接杆和卡头的规格,根据切削参数选择动力部件的规格并进而确定机床的工作行程。最终在满足生产要求的前提下,算得机床的生产负荷率η=72%,满足设计要求;紧接着设计多轴箱,根据各输出轴的转速确定传动比、传动齿轮齿数等参数;最后校核多轴箱内零件的强度,满足要求,可认为多轴箱设计合理。综上,本次设计的组合机床基本满足生产要求,设计工作取得成功。
