摘要:次毕业设计主要负责对扭转挤压加压装置的设计,该任务可以分成液压缸的缸体尺寸结构设计,以及对液压机机架的结构设计,同时还绘制整个加压装置的二维,三维图。首先根据任务书上给定的额定参数主油缸出力,从而对液压缸进行了选型,同时根据液压缸的运动特性选取了单杆活塞式液压缸。接下来用Pro/E建立了液压机加压部分的结构设计三维模型,并利用ANSYS对液压机的横梁等结构进行模拟仿真,保证液压机机架的强度以及可靠性。之后在设计整机的液压系统回路以及最后的简易PLC设计。

Title the design of the device of the machine with torsion extrusion
Abstract:This graduation design is mainly responsible for the design of torsion extrusion pressure device, This task can be pided into the structure design of the cylinder block size of hydraulic cylinder , and structure design of hydraulic press frame, at the same time i have to draw two-dimensional and three-dimensional diagram of the whole pressure device. First of all, according to the rated parameters of the main oil cylinder given by the task book , then make a selection from many hydraulic cylinders, we can choose the single rod piston hydraulic cylinder the by the movement characteristics of hydraulic cylinder . Then use Pro/E to establish the structure of hydraulic pressure part design three-dimensional model, and by using the ANSYS beams such as structure of the hydraulic simulation, ensure the strength and reliability of the hydraulic press frame.After that, we design the hydraulic circuit of the whole machine and the final simple PLC design.
