床旁智能交互系统HL7标准接口数据同步的实现

摘要: 床旁智能交互系统是医护使用为辅,患者使用为主的一站式信息服务平台。该平台在为患者提供医疗服务、娱乐资源的同时,还能辅助医护工作者的工作。该系统原生功能模块,实现查询、提醒等多种深度交互功能。利用C#工具将HL7标准文档自动转化为一个HL7规则数据库和部分程序数据结构代码,实现一个通信标准的具体工作是生成数据结构,以及实现一个构造器和一个解析器接口,通过该接口实现院方的实时数据传递给床旁系统,以便床旁系统后期完成数据的解析。考虑到接口数据同步的多样性,接口编程和程序维护都将是一大难题。HL7标准汇集了不同厂商用来设计应用软件之间接口的标准格式,将允许各个医疗机构在异构系统之间,进行数据交互,未来会在医院接口渐趋于统一占据很大优势。

Realization of data synchronization of HL7 standard interface in bedside intelligent interactive system

Abstract: The bedside smart interactive system is a one-stop information service platform supplemented by medical care and patient use. The platform can also assist the health care workers while providing medical services and entertainment resources for patients. The system's native function module implements various deep interactive functions such as queries and reminders. Using the C# tool to automatically convert the HL7 standard document into an HL7 rules database and part of the program data structure code. The concrete task of implementing a communication standard is to generate a data structure, and implement a constructor and a resolver interface. The interface is implemented through the interface. The real-time data is passed to the bedside system so that the bedside system can complete the data analysis later. Taking into account the persity of interface data synchronization, interface programming and program maintenance will be a major problem. The HL7 standard brings together a standard format used by different vendors to design the interface between application software. It will allow various medical institutions to exchange data between heterogeneous systems. In the future, the hospital interface will gradually become unified and occupy a great advantage.
