残疾人旅游市场发展制约因素及其开发策略研究

摘要：残疾人是社会的重要组成部分，是不可忽视的特殊弱势群体。目前残疾人旅游市场的开发虽有涉及，但仍在各方面存在许多问题，本文从残疾人旅游市场发展制约因素及其开发策略角度出发，通过调研分析，发现制约残疾人旅游市场开发因素大致可分为内部因素和外部因素，主要原因包括：残疾人身体、心理及经济的制约；社会对市场的关注度不高；单一旅游产品的制约；无障碍设施设备不完善和缺乏残疾人旅游的宣传。针对以上问题，本文对此提出相应市场开发策略，如规范残疾人旅游相关法律法规；细分市场制定不同的旅游产品；完善和规范无障碍设施设备；加大宣传力度等，以促进残疾人旅游市场的进一步开发。
