摘要：本设计为闵行老年护理院基坑围护设计。本基坑工程场地形状为L型，，基坑东西长119.4m，基坑南北97.8m，挖深9.75m，基坑面积      8929.8m2。

本文介绍了工程概况、水文地质和周边环境，结合这些情况进行方案选型。支护方案用钻孔灌注桩+三轴搅拌桩止水帷幕，支撑采用两道钢筋混凝土支撑。接下来通过土压力的计算、多种稳定性验算，结构内力的计算，配筋、验算、支撑设计、沉降变形估算，还要采用深井井点降水方法进行降水，并进行基抗监测以保证工程的顺利进行。另外，制作简单的BIM模型，立体式展现基坑围护设计。

Design of foundation pit enclosure for elderly nursing home in Minhang District

Abstract: This design is the foundation pit enclosure design of Minhang geriatric nursing hospital. The shape of the foundation pit is L, and the foundation pit is 119.4m long. The foundation pit is north and South 97.8m, the depth is 9.75m, and the area of the foundation pit is 8929.8m2.

This paper introduces the general situation of engineering, hydrogeology and surrounding environment. The support scheme uses bored piles + three axis mixing piles to stop water curtain, and supports two reinforced concrete braces. Then through calculation of soil pressure, checking calculation of various stability, calculation of structural internal force, reinforcement, checking calculation, support design, estimation of settlement deformation, deep well point precipitation method is also used to carry out precipitation, and base resistance monitoring is carried out to ensure the smooth progress of the project. In addition, a simple BIM model is developed to demonstrate the design of foundation pit enclosure in three dimensions.
