how to start visual basic studio 2005

Start->All Programs->Microsoft Visual Studio 2005-> Click on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.

then soon after opening of Microsoft Visual Studio, you may click: File->Project-> Select WINDOWS under Visual Basic(on the left pane) and select WINDOWS FORMS APPLICATION on the right pane of the window.

If you want to give a new name to the Project, you may do so by giving name in the NAME box.
