摘要:氧化锆纳米晶由于其特殊的光电特性在许多领域如光学器件的制造与改善,电化学电容 电极、氧气传感器、燃料、催化剂(包括光催化)以及新型陶瓷材粉等领域具有潜在的应用前 景。本课题采用油相热解法合成氧化锆纳米晶并通过旋涂法与石墨烯基硅片组装光电探测器, 并对其光致发光性能及紫外光响应特性进行研究,研究氧化锆纳米晶微观结构和形貌、界面 杂质、缺陷等对其电荷输运及光电转换性能的影响。本论文通过测试氧化锆纳米晶的的 TEM 图以及光致发光图对其微观结构和形貌及缺陷进行分析,通过测试复合光电探测器的 IV 特性 曲线以及紫外光响应度来分析其光电性能,根据数据表征结果得出最终结论。

Title Effect of Interfacial Properties on Properties of Zirconia Photodetector

Abstract:Zirconia nanocrystals have potential applications in many fields such as the manufacture and improvement of optical devices, electrochemical capacitance electrodes, oxygen sensors, fuels, catalysts (including photocatalysis) and new ceramic materials. In this paper, zirconia nanocrystals were synthesized by oil phase pyrolysis and photodetectors were prepared by spin coating and graphene silicon wafers. The photoluminescence properties and UV response characteristics were studied. The effects of zirconia nanocrystals Structure and morphology, interfacial impurities, defects and so on on its charge transport and photoelectric conversion performance. In this paper, the microstructure and morphology and defects of zirconia nanocrystals were analyzed by TEM and photoluminescence. The photocatalytic performance of the composite photodetector was analyzed by the IV characteristic curve and the UV response. Obtain the final conclusion based on the data representation results.
