1Cr13钢加热工艺参数对水冷组织的影响

对在950℃~1070℃之间淬火的1Cr13不锈钢试样进行600℃的回火,回火样品的硬度都比同温度时淬火组织的硬度降低了大约50%。

摘要:本文主要讨论加热温度对1Cr13不锈钢热处理工艺后的组织和硬度的影响。选择950~1070℃对1Cr13不锈钢样品进行淬火处理,冷却方法为水冷,对其淬火后的试验样品进行组织的分析和硬度的测量;再对950~1070℃的1Cr13不锈钢淬火试样进行600℃的高温回火,对回火的试样进行组织的分析和硬度的测量。结果表明:进行淬火处理后,随着淬火温度的上升,淬火组织中的碳化物的数量不断减少,铁素体的含量降低;淬火组织的硬度同样随着温度的上升而提高,在1050℃硬度值达到最高。进行回火处理后,回火组织中会有合金碳化物析出,马氏体向回火索氏体转变;回火处理后不同淬火温度下的回火试样的硬度也都低于该温度下的淬火组织的硬度。

Effect of 1Cr13 Steel Heating Process Parameters on Water-cooled Structure

Abstract: This article mainly discusses the influence of heating temperature on the microstructure and hardness of 1Cr13 stainless steel after heat treatment process. 950~1070°C was selected to quench 1Cr13 stainless steel samples. The cooling method was water cooling. The quenched test samples were analyzed for organization and hardness measurement; then the 1Cr13 stainless steel quenched samples at 950~1070°C were subjected to 600°C. High temperature tempering, analysis of the microstructure of the tempered specimen and hardness measurement. The results show that after quenching, with the increase of quenching temperature, the amount of carbides in the quenched structure continuously decreases, and the content of ferrite decreases; the hardness of the quenched structure also increases with increasing temperature, and the hardness at 1050°C. The highest value is reached. After tempering, there will be precipitation of alloyed carbides in the tempering structure, and the transformation of martensite to tempered sorbite; the hardness of tempered specimens at different quenching temperatures after tempering is also lower than this temperature.
