摘要:为了探讨植物工厂下不同光密度对马铃薯脱毒原种苗期生长的影响,为马铃薯脱毒原种的生产与植物工厂的运用发展提供理论依据。本试验以马铃薯脱毒原种“费乌瑞它”为材料,以复合红蓝白LED光源为人工光源,光密度分别设置为200µmol•m-2•s-1、300µmol•m-2•s-1、400µmol•m-2•s-1,考察其形态指标、生理指标和光合特性。结果显示:在200µmol•m-2•s-1光密度处理下,株高、冠径和叶绿素含量显著大于其他处理,壮苗指数低于其他处理;300µmol•m-2•s-1光密度处理下,茎粗、植株干重、根部及叶片中蔗糖含量显著大于其他处理;400µmol•m-2•s-1光密度处理下,净光合速率等光合特性高于其他处理,但茎中蔗糖含量显著低于其他处理。结果表明:过低和过高的光密度都不利于植物工厂马铃薯脱毒原种的生长,300µmol•m-2•s-1光密度处理下,马铃薯脱毒原种生物量积累较多、壮苗指数较好,光合产物蔗糖含量较高且分配合理,是植物工厂内较适宜马铃薯脱毒原种苗期生长的光密度。

Effect of different light intensity on plant growth of Potato Virus-free species Seedling

Abstract:The effect of different light intensity on the growth of potato virus-free species seeding in plant factory was discussed in order to provide theoretical basis for the production of potato virus-free species and the application and development of plant factory. Using the potato virus-free species "Favorite" as the material, the composite red and blue LED light source was used as the artificial light source. The light intensity was set to 200µmol•m-2•s-1, 300µmol•m-2•s-1, 400µmol•m-2•s-1. The morphogenesis indexes, physiological indexes and photosynthetic characteristics were investigated. The results showed that the plant height, crown diameter and chlorophyll content were significantly greater than those of other treatments under the light intensity treatment of 200µmol•m-2•s-1. The seedling index was lower than that of other treatments, and the sucrose content in stem diameter, plant dry weight, root and leaf was significantly greater than other treatments under the 300µmol•m-2•s-1 light intensity treatment. Photosynthetic characteristics such as net photosynthetic rate were higher than those of other treatments under the 400µmol•m-2•s-1 light intensity treatment, but sucrose content in stems was significantly lower than that in other treatments. The results showed that low and high light intensity were not conducive to the growth of potato virus-free species. Under the light intensity treatment of 300µmol•m-2•s-1, potato virus-free species has the higher biomass accumulation, the better seedling index, the higher sucrose content of the photosynthate and its reasonable distribution. 300µmol•m-2•s-1 is more suitable for the seedling growth of potato virus-free species in plant factory.
