摘要:本文的主要设计一个基于自动避障和识别道路的机器人,同时也可以识别特定目标并进行抓取。主要研究了小型移动机器人的机械结构和控制系统方案,分析和比较了机械部分和控制部分的多个方案,选择出了适合本课题要求的方案。对于机械结构部分,主要以轮式驱动,并配备有一个两个自由的机械手爪实现对目标物的抓取,这些机构都由步进电机驱动实现其动作并保证一定的控制精度。对于控制系统方案,主要是基于视觉传感器导航的一些关键技术,以DSP芯片作为系统的核心处理器,通过对CCD图像传感器获取的信息的处理,控制机器人的动作。另外,还辅以一个超声波传感器,通过多传感器信息的融合,使控制系统更加可靠。22815 毕业论文关键词:机械结构;传感器;控制系统
Design of autonomous mobile robot
Abstract :In this paper, the main design of a robot based on automatic obstacle avoidance and identification of road, at the same time, also can identify the specific objectives and pick up it. Mainly studied the mechanical structure and control system scheme of mobile robot . Analyse and compare the multiple solutions of the mechanical part and control part , and choose schemes that are suitable for this subject. For mechanical structure parts, mainly drive by wheels, in addition, equipped with a two freedoms of manipulator to pick up the target. these institutions are drived by stepper motors to achieve its action and ensure the control accuracy .The control system is mainly based on some key technologies of visual navigation sensor, with a DSP chip as the core processor of the system, and through processing information from a image sensor to control the robot's motion. Moreover, supplemented by an ultrasonic sensor, through the fusion of information of multi-sensor, make the control system more reliable.
