Design and Implementation of Residential
Property Management System
Abstract: This paper introduces the whole process of the development of residential property management system, expounds the important role of this system in the Property Office, a detailed description of the realization of the system. By Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2008 data table software tool, the main function of including buildings equipment module, user information management module, parking fee management module, the complaint reporting module. This system as a supplementary tool for property management to meet the basic needs of residential property management, improve the office efficiency, improve the management system, alleviate the management pressure from a large extent.

小区物业管理系统的设计与实现 引言
在21世纪这个充满竞争和挑战的世纪中，高效化、系统化、规范化、自动化已成为现代企业的代名词。作为我国支柱产业之一的房地产业在当今智能化小区的发展的驱动下和信息时代的推动下，拥有自己的一套特色的小区物业管理系统非常必要，与小区繁多的硬件设施相比较，传统的手工式的管理方式已经无法适合当今庞大的数据处理和精确的运算需求，所以一套精美完善的小区物业管理系统是提高工作效率节省人力、物力的有效解决方案。传统的管理方式要求物业管理人员数量多、耗资高、错误率高，工作人员流动和对新人的培训经费也是不小的开支。一套完善的小区物业管理系统可持续使用并能随着时代和工作的需求不断更新，一期投入终身受用，按长期的使用计算，开发系统的造价平均到每年与传统式的管理方式的年耗资本相对比，性价比是可行的。

目前我国有相当一部分物业管理公司还停留在人工管理的基础上，这样的管理机制已经不能适应时代的发展，其管理方法也存在许多缺点，如：效率低且较为繁琐，另外随着物业管理项目的增加，工作量也将大大增加，这必然增加物业管理者工作量和劳动强度，这将给物业管理信息的查找、更新和文护都带来了很多困难[1]。随着科学技术的不断提高，这种传统的手工管理方法必然被以计算机为基础的信息管理方法所取代。
