摘 要: 随着近些年来,人们生活水平的提高,对出行的要求也随之上升,汽车成为了人们出行游玩的主要交通工具。与飞速发展的汽车时代不符的是落后的安全意识,不规范的交通行为还大量存在。人们往往不重视这些,而这些正是造成交通事故的根本原因。而这些,正是在学习和接触驾驶的时候就已经形成的观念,培养一个驾驶员,驾校在其中充当着重要的角色,驾校需要处理好技术教育,道德教育之间的关系。在一定的时间里面,好的驾校管理系统很重要。
