Abstract: The practice of education is an important part of teacher education, is the training of qualified teachers in higher normal colleges, is the route that the college students must take before graduation , it is also an important educational and teaching practice for graduations . Education practice for the students of Normal University, is an indispensable part in professional training. At present, our country is still in the education practice from theory to practice, the primary application level both unidirectional and thin. In Such a situation, will cause the teacher graduates, especially the intern, appears some problems in the classroom teaching, such as: the teaching objectives, the lack of experience in teaching, single teaching method and so on. These problems in the practice, will play the role of the direct effect of practice, and effective solutions to these problems good development, will promote our school education practice. So, we should use the scientific method, to correctly understand and handle these problems.

师范生教育实习存在问题的调查研究
教育实习是师范教育的有机组成部分，是目前各高等师范院校培养合格中小学教师的必由之路，是师范生的一次具有重要意义的教育和教学实践。就像理工科大学生毕业之前必须进行工厂实习，医科大学生毕业之前必须进行临床实习一样，教育实习对于师范院校学生来说，是专业训练中必不可少的一个重要环节。然而，即使在教育改革的今天，受各种因素的影响，教育实习在我国高师院校还没有得到应有的重视，也存在诸多的问题和挑战。笔者结合毕业实习期间对师范学院师范生教育实习的观察和实际调查，分析了当前的教育实习中的主要问题，并提出改革的几点思考,供大家参考和交流,以期使教育实习真正行之有效。
一、教育实习的重要性
（一）有利于师范生的认识发展
列宁主义认为认识过程中两个不同质的阶段：在认识的低级阶段，是感性认识；在认识的高级阶段，是理性认识。但任何阶段，都是统一的认识过程中的阶段。它们在实践的基础上统一起来。对教育事业的认识，或对教育工作的认识，也是由低级到高级，有感性到理性的逐步提高的过程。通过教育实习，认识教师工作的意义，认识教育、教学工作的艰苦，从而使自己在今后的学习和工作的实践中逐步提高认识、发展才智。正如《学记》所说：“虽有嘉肴，弗食不知其旨也。”可见，菜再好，不亲口尝一尝，就不知其中的美。教育实习，正是告诉实习生去尝“嘉肴”，去“知困”。“知困，然后能自强也。”[7]在教育实习中发现不足，发现困难，就能在今后的学习和工作中查“漏”补“缺”，长“善”救“失”，积极进取，自强不息。从感性到理性，即从实践到认识，不仅使学生豁然开朗，而且实习生自己在运用知识的过程中把知识系统化，既巩固了知识，又发展了能力，达到了“知困自强”、“教学相长”的目的。实践是检验真理的唯一标准。教育实习就正是通过实践来检验真理，进而提高认识，发展真理。
