The Problems of the Rural High Period of Primary School Class Participation
——Primary school in Zhoukou city east new district ChenTan
Abstract: Class participation is an important classroom learning activities, education pursuit is to achieve the state of the students to actively participate in classroom teaching, to fully exert the principal role of students' learning. The students don't participate in or half to participate in classroom learning situation is serious, the lack of basic learning enthusiasm. Based on the literature, combined with the actual classroom observation, this article gives the connotation and significance of students' classroom participation and curriculum standard of high period of primary school students, on the basis of the requirements of class participation, analyzes the problems existing in the period of primary school class participation, and analyzes its causes, finally puts forward the corresponding strategy.

高段小学生课堂参与问题与改进建议
前言
有效的课堂参与是保证学生学习效果的一个重要前提，是发挥学生主体性的重要途径。新课程改革强调，要改变学生的学习方式和教师的教学方式，形成自主、合作、探究的学习方式。华东师范大学郑金洲教授在给《新课程教师必读丛书》作序时写到“认识了课堂，才算是理解了教育；改变了课堂，才算真正落实了新课程[1]”。为贯彻《中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》和《国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》，教育部于2001年6月颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要》(试行)，这次课程改革的具体目标之一是：“改变课程实施过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现状，倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手，培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力[2]。”并强调指出：“教师在教学过程中应与学生积极互动、共同发展，要处理好传授知识与培养能力的关系，注重培养学生的独立性和自主性，引导学生质疑、调查、探究，在实践中学习，促进学生在教师指导下主动地、富有个性地学习。教师应尊重学生的人格，关注个体差异，满足不同学生的学习需要，创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境，激发学生的学习积极性，培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力，使每个学生都能得到充分的发展[3]。”
