Coping Strategies of Primary School Classroom Teaching and Actively Build Events
Abstract:With the new curriculum reform, classroom teaching is gradually dynamic and open.Teaching process is more full of vitality and vigor, and at the same time, the students in class are more active.Classroom teaching really has taken the student as the main body, which makes the "potential education value of sleep" excavated.So in class teaching will be more unexpected events.Teachers have no predict about these.This article make a conclusion by observing the production of the events and analysis the strategies from the active events in order to improve the teaching quality and efficient to complete the teaching goal.

试析小学课堂教学积极生成事件的应对策略
当前新课程改革的主要特点是实现课堂民主、平等的师生关系，尊重学生的认知发展，培养学生的创造性思文，倡导自主的学习模式，注重学生的自主学习、主动参与以及合作创新意识，促成课程适应学生，学生适应课堂的发展趋势，与传统教学模式不同的是教师不单单是修剪枝叶的“园丁”，而是与学生共同学习的合作者，一同发展、共同成长。学生在课堂教学中的身份转变，不断增强的自主性与参与性，意着课堂教学中会衍生出一些新的问题，针对这些问题唐冬梅、姚利民在关于小学课堂教学生成问题的研究中涉及到的方面主要有：一、对课堂教学生成问题的特点及成因进行研究；二、在课堂中生成问题对教学的影响；三、解决课堂生成问题的原则与对策。本文通过对生成问题的研究及分析，认为教师应当正确引导学生，抓住课堂教学中积极的生成事件，并加以利用，对于这一观点提出以下对策，以解决课堂生成事件、为教师在教学过程中提供更多的参考。
