流动人口职业培训现状分析+文献综述
本论文主要对流动人口职业培训状况进行研究，主要内容包括国内外针对流动人口的研究成果，我国流动人口的就业现状与职业培训现状分析，主要从政府政策、专业培训机构的设置以及流动人员自身的角度分析，同时，本文通过对流动人员进行随机访谈，以期能够获得更加真实、有效的研究成果。最后，通过分析对我国流动人口的职业培训提出切实可行的对策与建议。

Title Analysis of Floating Population In Vocational Training
Abstract
This dissertation carry on the research about the lack of funds faced by the vocational training of the urban floating population， inadequate government policies， imperfect social institutions training mechanism， and further analysis of the significance of pre vocational training for Migrant Workers and its far-reaching impact on social development. Based on the status of vocational training as well as the successful experience at home and abroad， the author put forward several community-service-based solutions for vocational training of floating population.
Vocational training conditions for the floating population was studied in this paper, the main contents of which are domestic and foreign research results for the floating population, the employment situation of China's floating population and the status of vocational training . At the same time, random interviews were carried out in order to get more realistic and effective research results. Finally, based on analysis of the vocational training of floating population in China, several practical measures and recommendations were put forward.
