摘    要：为建立和巩固地方统治基础，南京国民政府成立后开始推行乡村自治运动，尤其是村里制的施行，使得国家权力下移，地方自主性加强，地方之间各矛盾也随之不断涌现，其中土地矛盾尤为激烈。而民国乡村地区的土地矛盾往往通过村界纠纷、土地归属权纠纷等形式表现出来。本文将以1928至1930年淳安地区爆发的村界纠纷为例，结合相关档案资料，探究这一时期淳安地区村界纠纷与乡村自治运动之间的关系，分析其中因果矛盾。

Abstract：In order to establish and consolidate the basis of local governance, the Nanjing National Government began to implement the rural self-government movement after the establishment of the government, especially the implementation of the village system, which resulted in the sinking of state power, the strengthening of local autonomy, and the continual emergence of conflicts among localities. The conflict is particularly fierce. However, land conflicts in the rural areas of the Republic of China are often manifested in the form of village disputes and land ownership disputes. This article will use the village disputes in the Chun'an area from 1928 to 1930 as an example, combined with relevant archives data, to explore the relationship between village disputes and village self-government in the Pan'an area during this period, and analyze the causal conflicts.
